Meet Your Wilderness First Aid Instructors

Updated: Apr 17

Two people in helmets, one in blue and one in orange gear, exploring a dark cave with rocky formations, smiling at the camera.

Tymme Laun and Danyele Green both have their Wilderness First Responder certifications, with Tymme also being an Emergency First Responder.

They have completed multiple cave rescue courses over the past 20+ years. Tymme has Level 3 certification, and Danyele has completed Level 1 with the National Cave Rescue Commission (NCRC) and also assists in the weekend Orientation to Cave Rescue courses offered by NCRC.

They have taught for the National Association for Search and Rescue (NASAR) in the past through courses offered at Indiana University.

An in-cave accident many years ago jump-started their passion for adding wilderness medicine into their knowledge base, and they have a deep passion for sharing the knowledge learned with others, and look forward to our upcoming course.
